Pet Kitten Purchase Agreement

The following agreement is made between Charles Smith, owner and manager of Immanuel Ragdolls, LLC, also referred to as Seller, and __________________________, also referred to as the Buyer. This is a binding contract, which has been agreed upon by both parties.

This kitten is purchased for the price of $1500. Price does not include shipping.

A non-refundable deposit of $250 will reserve the selected kitten.

Seller agrees to provide examination/vaccination records to Buyer at the time of sale.

Kitten is being fed: Purina Pro Plan and Instinct for kittens.

Terms of Sale:

Seller is not aware of any existing health problems or disease at the time of sale. Seller guarantees the cat against any life-threatening genetic health problems for a period of 2 years from date of birth. Should premature death occur due to a genetic defect, Buyer must provide a written necropsy report from a licensed Veterinarian clearly identifying the cause of death as being of a genetic nature. The cat will be replaced with a like kind as soon as one becomes available. Medical expenses are not refundable.
Buyer has 72 hours from time of purchase to take the kitten to the Veterinarian for a health exam. If any health concerns are found, the buyer may return kitten to the seller within 72 hours with a written explanation from the attending Veterinarian. No medical or travel charges will be refunded.
Seller will give two doses of the core immunizations, as required by TICA, before the kitten goes to Buyer.
The seller is not responsible for any injury or illness to other pets caused by exposure to this kitten.
Under no circumstances will this cat or kitten be sold, leased or given away to any pet store, research laboratory, breeding mill or similar facility.
Kitten is being sold without breeding rights and will be spayed or neutered prior to transfer of ownership to Buyer. Registration papers will be sent within 14 days of the sale.
This cat or kitten will be kept indoors and not be allowed to roam freely outdoors.
Buyer agrees to provide quality kitten/cat food and provide adequate sanitary facilities.
Buyer agrees to provide adequate veterinary care and vaccinations.
There will be no refunds of deposits or purchase costs paid toward kitten.
